We are experts in our fields of interest and passionate about the social dynamics of retirement. Our expert presenters include: attorneys; financial advisors; specialists in Medicare, long-term care and caregiving; and representatives from the Social Security Administration and the Alzheimer’s Association.

Nancy Nonini, President & Founder of Retirement Education PLUS

Nancy Nonini is a passionate presenter on aging issues. Nancy combines her experience as an accountant, occupational therapist, aging specialist, business owner, and retirement seminar facilitator to provide clients with a holistic perspective on near-retirement topics.

Nancy has spent the past ten years focusing on aging issues, including Medicare and Baby Boomers’ redefinition of retirement. Her former work at the Minnesota Senior Federation with coalitions of Twin Cities’ non-profit organizations, health care payers and providers, and the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, gives her a comprehensive perspective on health care issues for retirees.

She has delivered powerful age-related presentations to consumers and corporate and non-profit employees and leadership, and has appeared on business and senior-related radio and television shows, including a panel discussion airing on Twin Cities Public Television.

Nancy is currently a member of the HR Executive Forum, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Professionals of Minnesota (HRP-MN), and the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. She is an active participant in the Vital Aging Network and Alzheimer’s Association of MN and ND.

In addition, Nancy is a dedicated volunteer – serving skilled nursing facility residents through her faith community.
