FAQs

Human Resources professionals often ask specific questions about the workshops, including:

How many sessions does it take to provide the entire training?
From 1 to 4 sessions–each organization chooses how many sessions they want.  One  manufacturing company provided the entire seminar in one Saturday in order to make it available to all employees with different working hours.

Can the client company select the topics to include?
Yes, the complete workshop includes all 8 topics described, but you can select as many of them as you want to include.  You can also request additional or substitute topics, such as Maintaining Brain Health or Senior Housing Options.

How long is each session?
Again, you choose.  Usually the sessions are 2 to 3 hours each, but the length of time depends on your employees and organization.  We can help guide you in determining what might be best for your employees.

Where are the trainings held?
Most seminars are held at the workplace for the convenience of the employees.

When are seminars held?
Seminars can be held during work or after work hours.  After work usually makes it more convenient for spouses or partners to attend.  During work can offer the opportunity to have a complete morning or afternoon dedicated to a longer session.
